My dual focus
Authenticity, courage, and a vibrant spirit are the three pillars I live by. I founded AllPaths because I know firsthand that the journey to wellness. It is rarely a stright line weather business or your body.
A Journey of Two Healings
My passion for whole health and business advisory was born from two transformative chapters of my life:
The 2013 Path: My first major healing journey began as I navigated the complexities of getting pregnant and maintaining a healthy pregnancy. It taught me that health is the foundation for everything we build.
The 2023 Path: Ten years later, a ruptured appendix and the resulting chronic pain and fatigue forced me to dive deep into my health journey. This journey deepened my understanding of resilience and the absolute necessity of a supportive "delivery engine" for health and life.
The Missing Piece in the Healing Arts
During these seasons of recovery, I realized that many incredible practitioners struggle with a silent burden: the business of healing. I saw brilliant healers who were:
Passion-rich but time-poor: Fulfilling their mission to heal while drowning in administrative "time vacuums" like client billing.
Vision-dimed Placing long-term business plans and executable visions at the very bottom of the to-do list.
Lead-overwhelmed: Neglecting the vital cycle of driving, following up, and resurrecting leads because they are simply spread too thin.
Management-strained: Leaving little to no energy for proper financial evaluation or employee management.
My Dual Focus
I have committed my time to a coaching-led model designed to solve these exact problems:
Whole health coaching: Guiding individuals through their own healing journeys with the same "lovely day" soulful energy that helped me reclaim my own vibrancy.
Practitioner business advisory: Helping wellness leaders move from "surviving" to "thriving." I help practitioners reclaim their time and refocus on their patients.
Life in Livermore
When I’m not coaching and building AllPath, I’m soaking up the "good vibes" of our local community (our little big town):
Livermore local: I love the energy of our town and the resilience of its people.
Flag football mom: You can find me at Livermore High School, cheering on my 11-year-old daughter, as her season kicks off this March.
The soulful start: It always a lovely day as I start it with Bill Withers "Lovely Day" mindset—upbeat, soulful, and ready for whatever the path brings.
